We are accepting enrolments from children from New Entrants to Year 8 who live within our School Zone.

If you are certain you are within our school zone, please complete our HERO enrolment form.
We also require the following information from you:
A copy of an eligibility document for your child. This can be either:
NZ birth certificate or NZ passport (if NZ citizen)
Australian passport (if Australian citizen) or
NZ residency permit or NZ student visa/permit and Parental work permit (if the child is not a NZ citizen).
We will also require:
Proof of your address - please see further information below.

A copy of any Court Order Documents (if applicable)
Please be aware that the responsibility lies with the applicant to prove permanent residence in the school zone. It is an offence under the Education Act 1989 section 110 to falsely claim residence in the school zone. The school reserves the right to request further address proof to confirm residence in the school zone.
Address Proof
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY AND SELECT THE SITUATION THAT APPLIES TO YOU. ALL DOCUMENTATION MUST BE PROVIDED IN FULL.
If you, the applicant (primary caregiver/s of child/children enroling) are the homeowner of the residential “in zone” address, you must provide a sale and purchase agreement or utility bill (power, internet or phone).
If you, the applicant (primary caregiver/s of child/children enroling) are renting (legal tenancy agreement and proof of bond payment record to tenancy tribunal), you must provide your complete current valid tenancy agreement (including conditions of tenancy, maximum number of occupants, named occupants). You must also provide proof of bond payment in the form of receipt from tenancy tribunal. A further two current address proof documents with your name on them are required. Accepted documents include; phone/internet bill, insurance, IRD communication or other government department communication. These must be proper bills - screenshots from IRD logins and similar are not accepted. Bank statements are not accepted as proof of address.
If you, the applicant (primary caregiver/s of child/children enroling) are boarding (legal boarding agreement), you must provide your complete current valid boarding house agreement. A further two current address proof documents with your name on them are required. Accepted documents include; phone/internet bill, insurance, IRD communication or other government department communication. These must be proper bills - screenshots from IRD logins and similar are not accepted. Bank statements are not accepted as proof of address. The owner or head tenant of the “in-zone” address you are boarding at must also provide a current bill for the address with their name on it. We will provide a statutory declaration form to fill out once we receive the enrolment form
If you, the applicant (primary caregiver/s of child/children enroling) are sharing a house with family members, friends or others (without a legal tenancy) within the school zone, the following applies;
4.1 If the home you are sharing is owned by family, friends or others they must provide a current utility bill (phone/internet/power) AND a statutory declaration stating that you and your child/children are residing permanently in the school zone.
You, the applicant (primary caregiver/s of child/children enroling) must provide two copies of current bills going to the “in-zone” address with your name on the bills. These must be proper bills - screenshots from IRD logins and similar are not accepted. Accepted documents include; phone/internet bill, insurance, IRD communication or other government department communication. Please be aware that the responsibility lies with the applicant to prove permanent residence in the school zone. It is an offence under the Education Act 1989 section 110 to falsely claim residence in the school zone. If the school does not receive the requested documentation or is not satisfied with documents that meet the requirements, the application will not be taken further. No exceptions will be granted. The school reserves the right to request further address proof to confirm residence in the school zone. If you are found to have not provided the correct information your child's (rens) enrollment will be annulled.
